01. Shoetie – Hiring a Production Manager

Oversee the technical transfer of product design from sample development to mass production.
Guide the development team in R&D for new products, driving innovation and optimization.
Quality Control: Supervise production quality to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. Lead quality inspections, analyze issues, and resolve quality abnormalities.
Production Efficiency: Organize and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Technical Communication: Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the team to enhance technical expertise.

Education: High school diploma or above; preferred majors include footwear design, material science, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the footwear industry, with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong technical expertise in production processes and materials.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with suppliers.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to handle stress. Willingness to travel for business.
Quality Inspection Expertise: Candidates with over 5 years of experience in a production factory or brand and familiarity with AQL 2.5 international inspection standards are preferred.
Language: Basic English proficiency is a plus.

Manage factory development for customer product projects, tracking progress and coordinating delivery timelines and quality.
Place orders with factories, follow up on order status, and maintain clear communication.
Ensure product quality and packaging SOP compliance in factory operations.
Handle financial reconciliation, verify factory payment details, request internal payments, and coordinate with the finance department.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in foreign trade documentation (experience in the footwear industry is preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
Communication: Ability to independently manage written communication (email, social media), with oral communication skills being a plus.
Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to handle pressure.
