Recently, French premium sportswear brand Satisfy successfully completed its Series B funding round, raising €11.3 million. This investment will help the brand deepen its presence in core markets while expanding its global footprint and enhancing its international influence.



Continuous Capital Attraction to Strengthen Global Market Strategy


According to reports, several existing investors participated in this round, including French Touch Capital, a fund under French bank Bpifrance. The company stated that the funds will primarily be used to strengthen its direct-to-consumer business in the U.S. and South Korea while expanding wholesale partnerships in the UK, Italy, Japan, and the Scandinavian region.


Following the funding announcement, Satisfy CEO Antoine Auvinet emphasized that this investment not only reflects the continued trust of long-term partners but also validates the brand’s unique positioning in the running apparel sector—blending culture, technology, and high-performance sportswear to redefine the running experience. He noted that the capital injection will support Satisfy in enhancing its global market penetration and brand influence.


Brand Origins and Development


Founded in 2015, Satisfy was established with Brice Partouche as its creative director. Since its inception, the brand has been recognized for its premium running gear, emphasizing the integration of advanced fabric technology and minimalist aesthetics. Beyond sports functionality, Satisfy incorporates streetwear-inspired designs, distinguishing itself within the running apparel market.


In November 2023, Antoine Auvinet officially took over as CEO. With previous omnichannel retail experience at French fashion brand Sézane and luxury brand Celine, he has brought a more structured commercial strategy to Satisfy, equipping the brand with a stronger competitive edge in global expansion.




High-Tech Materials Enhancing the Running Experience


Satisfy’s success in the high-end sportswear sector is closely tied to its innovations in fabric and craftsmanship. The brand utilizes advanced performance materials such as Coldblack®, Justice™, and SilverShell™, which offer benefits like lightweight construction, quick-drying capabilities, antibacterial properties, and UV resistance—enhancing the overall running experience.


For instance, the Justice™ fabric, developed in France, is known for its superior breathability and moisture-wicking properties, while Coldblack® technology helps reduce heat absorption under sunlight, keeping the body cool. Additionally, SilverShell™ fabric, treated with silver ions, provides antibacterial and odor-resistant features, ensuring freshness even after extended activity.


Satisfy also continues to refine its product design details. Its PeaceShell™ windproof jackets feature a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating while maintaining lightweight comfort—ideal for unpredictable weather conditions. Many of its running shorts and T-shirts incorporate anti-chafing seam designs to minimize discomfort, along with waterproof storage pockets that allow runners to carry essentials like phones and keys without concern for sweat or rain exposure.

Satisfy has achieved remarkable financial results in recent years. In the 2024 fiscal year, the company generated €11 million in revenue—doubling the €5.5 million from 2023. This outstanding growth underscores the brand’s expanding influence in the premium sportswear market and increasing consumer recognition.


Industry analysts attribute Satisfy’s success not only to its precise positioning in the high-end running gear segment but also to its strong brand storytelling.
